Travelling Argentina
In our (unbiased) opinion, Argentina is one of the most beautiful countries in the world! If you would like to take advantage of this celebration, to see more of Argentina, our top 3 recommendations would be: Buenos Aires, Iguazu Falls and the Perito Moreno Glacier.

IGUAZU FALLS
Head North for the most incredible waterfalls in the world - mid jungle. In November, you might encounter some Coati, and lots of mosquitoes - so remember to bring repellent!

Our hotel recommendation: Hotel Guaminí Misión

MENDOZA
Only a short flight from Buenos Aires, head West for a wine-country getaway and the home of Argentina's famous Mablec.

PATAGONIA + EL PERITO MORENO
Head South to Patagonia for El Calafate. Don't miss hiking on the glacier - it is by far the most impressive thing we have ever seen!
Hotel recommendation: Hotel Bahía Redonda

THE NORTH-WEST
For mountains, rocky landscapes and artisanal crafts, head North West to the provinces of Jujuy and Salta.

BUENOS AIRES
The beauty of Paris, the romance of Rome and the South American vibes! You're in luck, November is prime season for the Jacaranda flowers in Buenos Aires - this is only a small addition to everything the gorgeous city has to offer:

DAY TRIP TO URGUAY?
Uruguay is only a short boat trip from Buenos Aires. The Buquebus will enable you to do on a day trip to Colonia del Sacramento (a quaint colonial town) from Buenos Aires City Center. https://www.buquebus.com/int
OTHER TRAVEL TIPS
To get around Buenos Aires, we recommend: Sube (the Metro), Uber (Taxi) or Manuel Tienda Leon (the local bus + taxi company)

Argentina is very long; travelling between cities will almost always require flying. The local airline is Aerolineas Argentinas, with JetSmart as the more budget-friendly option.

Pesos Argentinos is the local currency. You can pay for most things with your bank card, but it is worth bringing some US dollars to exchange once you arrive.
